I was heading home the other night from work and really wasn’t in the mood to cook, but then I’m never in the mood to cook really!
Luckily outside the supermarket was a yakitori stand. They randomly have food stalls outside supermarkets here, things that are easy to carry out like yakitori (grilled chicken on sticks), takoyaki (octopus in batter), okonomiyaki (savoury pancakes) etc.
I ordered some, popped inside to get some salad and picked up my meat on the way out. Nice and simple and no cooking!
